Content marketing.  The Missive is our main promotional vehicle.  Before Missives came Snapshot.  Consultancy briefs come to us.  We react.  It’s maybe not the best business model.  But it is ours.

So, after 20 years under my own steam, I have an axiom:

If it comes to us, it won’t be easy – there will be problems.

So, we might be able to help you with some of your property problems.

When it comes to consultancy work, we can help you in four ways:

  1. Market Analysis: We can tell what has happened – what’s really going on now – and what is likely to happen in the future.
  1. Project Advice: Our aim is to help de-risk your residential project.  We have a good understanding of what the market wants and where it wants it.  This insight can significantly increase the sale-ability of your project.
  1. Project Support: Our project support can help you to sell your property or project faster.  Strict rules and conditions apply.  Our easily digested ‘market match’ reports and short videos will increase your buyer interest; improve your enquiry and should help you make more sales.
  1. Presentations/Workshops: No death by PowerPoint.  Just me, some big chunky white board pens, heaps of knowledge and a straight-talking delivery style.  We also supply a co-branded handout including the pertinent stuff with key charts/tables.
