G’ Day
My name is Michael Matusik.
I am a bit of a jack of several trades when it comes to the Australian housing market.
My activities include:
Housing market analysis + outlooks
I am the owner of Matusik Property Insights.
Under that banner I have been providing commissioned housing and demographic market reviews, updates and outlooks for about 30 years.
I have worked with over 2,500 clients during that time and many of them are repeat customers.
Project Advice
I am a joint director of Project Advice.
Here I work with independent property analyst, Paul Broad.
Collectively we have helped hundreds of new housing projects across Australia come to fruition.
Our involvement is designed to help get your project right – through advice and collaboration – as to the type of residential project best suited to the area’s population and demographic characteristics, the site’s locational attributes and prevailing market conditions.
Project Advice helps developers substantially reduce their sales risk.
Project Support
Many of you good folks may not know that I provide Project Support.
This is a very selective service and so my endorsement is somewhat distinctive.
I have teamed up with Chris Wells from Adman Collective to supply project focused videos and short buyer orientated reports.

Chris and I have known each other for close to 40 years, starting out as being neighbours and then moving into property and project support.

Housing Max
Paul Broad and I also own a buyer’s agency business called Housing Max.
We specialise in finding residential property with upside. That upside comes from increasing the property’s rental return and, in particular cases, redevelopment potential.
We also find development sites for small to medium sized building businesses.
We work with, and, for you. As a buyer you are our client. We don’t get paid by the seller or any other agency, contractor or third party.
Qld Real Estate Licence 4384375.
